Halifax Floor Hockey League
Anyhow, here we go.
Since I did not actually see this game I will make something up, but the score will be the same.
Chill cool the Hot Tight-ends!
This was a final to remember. The two top teams ready for the showdown to determine who will be crowned champion for the HFHL 2011 "A" season.
The ball dropped and without a doubt, the Chill brought their "A" game to the "A" finals. They dominated from the get go. The Titans just could not stay with these guys. When ever they started to roll, the Chill would score again and again and again.
Once again GM/Coach/Player Adam Cowie put together a winning combination. At this time he has the midas touch.
Player of the game honors went to Peter "Fare Thee Well Love" Rankin, who played the best game of his life.
The best team won.
Ok, so I lied about making stuff up, but I guess I didn't need to.
So there is is folks. Another season has passed and once again the best team was victorious. I hope you all have a great summer and remember that there is pick up on Monday nights. Commish Johann Tienhaara has been sending out the updates on this.
On a more sombre note, a friend of mine lost her courageous battle with cancer yesterday. Through out her final days she did nothing but put other before herself. She was a great soul and this world is a better place for her being here.
Boys...take time to be good to one another. Love your families and your friends. If we all could just stop thinking about "Me" and start thinking about others first, then this world would be one heck of a place to live.
Have a great summer and be well.
And remember, politically correct is not always correct.
May God Bless you...whether you like it or not!
